Using simple somatic tools as well as strategic yin yoga asanas, this class is an opportunity to connect to your body, let go of the day, reconnect and calm your nervous system.

For mamas this is particularly important as it allows for rest and recovery, encourages healing, and a calm mind which prepares us for the challenges of motherhood. But it’s not all rest. A yin practice can be just as strengthening as it is calming, equally challenging as it is relaxing.
