New York City-based Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Eliza Etter joins us to share everything you need to know about pelvic floor physical therapy, but might be too afraid to ask.

If you’ve read her article or birthed a human, you know your pelvic floor needs some TLC postpartum. What we don’t always know is that it’s never too late to address pelvic floor issues. In this event Eliza will walk you through what you can expect at your appointments (it doesn’t have to involve penetration) and how you can feel empowered choosing your right therapist.
