Michelle Goitia

Michelle Goitia (She/Her) grew up in New Mexico riding horses to find a sense of calm that she later also found on her yoga mat. She began practicing yoga in 2000 and it was after the birth of her daughter in 1998, she discovered how yoga could enhance pregnancy. Using this knowledge, her son’s birth in 2003 was positively impacted by the benefits of yoga. This contrast between pregnancies inspired her to share her experience with other women. In doing this, Michelle dedicates herself to teaching prenatal & postpartum yoga, leading self-care workshops, and offering support and guidance for pregnancy and motherhood.
