Mae-Lily Romaguera (She/Her) is a certified Wellness coach for moms of little ones. She lives in the NYC area with her husband and two young boys. She guides clients to incorporate mindfulness and simple daily practices to help them achieve their wellness goals and feel present in their very full lives.
