Bre Ferguson

Bre (she/her) is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and practitioner after a college rowing injury that led her to realize the importance of mind body connection for all physical pursuits but also for this being human experience. After growing up in a family of 3 older brothers, all athletes she came to realize how her sensitive feeling self self-protected by forcing through life not feeling her body or feelings. With continued practice and through sharing the practice of yoga/meditation to a diverse array of human experiences she has mastered making the practice relatable, embodied, and a means of commitment to ourselves as a constant practice. Now living in Denver, CO she loves finding time to hike in the mountains while balancing teaching yoga/meditation full-time through Denver & Boulder.
